Custom Richardson 220 performance lite caps
The 220 is a relaxed, unstructured performance cap in lightweight polyester with a hook-and-loop closure. It is the Richardson for golf outings, run clubs and summer crews. Battle Born Clothing embroiders the 220; leather patches are possible but we recommend thread on an unstructured crown.

Embroidery on an unstructured cap
The 220 has no buckram in the front, so we keep logos under about 5,000 stitches and avoid large solid fills that would stiffen the panel. Outline logos, text and small badges look right. We hoop the 220 in Maggie magnetic frames to keep the thin fabric from shifting.
